WHY DOES THE GPS WORK ONLY WHERE THERE IS A GSM NETWORK ?

Great question. When your tracker is a GPS (which is not always the case), it obtains its position from triangulating with a minimum of 3 satellites...yes ! Satellites ! like REAL sky bound satellites. 
Once it "fixes" its position, the "device" (tracker) sends the position through data via the cell phone network, to our servers where we use the data to transform it into a "readable" visual: our SaaS tracking platform. So no GSM (2G/3G/4G), no data transferred, no location - your GPS knows where HE is, but he can't tell YOU -

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Well, it really depends where you want to receive your device, how fast you want it and the weight of your order. That's why we have different prices according to the destination of the item(s). We do our best to ship at the best cost and the safest way.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Because we want to provide the best experience to our clients, you have 14 days to send back your product if you are resident in the EU and are not fully satisfied. We will refund the product and the shipment costs. In case of defect, we will replace it or repair it as fast as possible. For the rest of the world, its a bit more complicated...but we will do our best to satisfy you.

We only sell devices that we have tested and that have satisfied our demands in terms of quality and integration. so YES: we do provide such systems.
